Massaro Properties is developing a new 22,000 SF office building at Campbells Run Business Center (the “Park”).
The building will be a two (2) story building with approximately 11,000 SF per floor. Construction started in June and we expect substantial completion by October. The park has been at or around 90-95% occupancy since it was acquired by Massaro Properties in 1998. With the addition of new building, it will bring total square feet of the park to 114,000 SF.
