Campbells Run Business Center (CRBC) is an established business park in Robinson Township, conveniently located between Pittsburgh’s Central Business District and the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Massaro Properties owns, leases and manages the park-like campus and its four other buildings. Its high occupancy rate created demand for additional flex/office space, leading MP to develop a 22,000-square-foot building that could accommodate a single company or multiple tenants.

Construction on the new building was complete in the summer of 2016, and MP is currently in talks with prospective tenants.
