As the owner and property manager of Park West One and Two, Campbells Run Business Center, and Twin Towers, it is our privilege to provide our tenants with professional, clean, and well-maintained business environments. That being said, Massaro Properties is pleased to announce the following upgrades recently completed in our complexes.

• Park West One – received a new rooftop HVAC unit, new lobby flooring and doors complemented by upgraded LED lighting throughout the lobby and common areas

• Twin Towers – received two new rooftop HVAC units, and the exterior façade received a fresh coat of paint as well as new caulking on all exterior windows to provide additional insulation for our tenants comfort.

• Campbells Run Business Center – Our new 22,000 square foot building at CRBC 200 is now ready for occupancy.

Having been in the airport corridor since 1976, we have seen and experienced many ups and downs in this market.  Massaro is committed to the area and we continue to believe in the resiliency and strength of the Parkway West sub-market.
