Massaro Properties was part of the team selected in 2009 by Allegheny County to develop the former Allegheny County Health Department site in Oakland. The SIOR Award-winning development plan was completed in 2015, resulting in $125,000,000 of new development, which includes the now-complete Residence Inn and RISE’s SkyVue Apartments, which opened last year.
