Massaro Properties, LLC has recently leased 30,000 RSF in the Park West Corridor and has several capital improvements lined up with an anticipated completion date of fall 2015. Massaro believes in providing its tenants with outstanding property management, customer service, and overall building maintenance; these improvements will only enhance this belief.
We have completed the parking lot paving at Park West 2. At Park West 1, we are in the process of replacing the HVAC unit, upgrading the lobby to include new lighting, flooring, and exterior lobby entrance doors. We recently replaced two rooftop HVAC units at Twin Towers and the building facade/exterior will undergo a major cleaning and painting.
The Park West Corridor has become a desired area of town for many office tenants, some driven by the Marcellus Shale activity, others who particularity needs to be close to the airport, and also the Central Business District. Occupancy rates in general have risen over the years, Massaro Properties have risen from 75% to 92% over the past three years.
