Tenant: City of Pittsburgh EARN Program, CareerWorks, 412Youth, Community Human Services

Services Provided: Landlord Representation including establishing market value, developing marketing plan for leasing, negotiating leases.

Comments:  The building was somewhat stigmatized because of the residential portion of the property. We developed a marketing plan that focused on non-profit users and were able to fill the majority of the commercial space with organizations that specialize in community services.

Results: Building is currently about 85% occupied.
